Three Mega towers could be on their way to Liverpool as a £250 million scheme is in development.

Plans have recently been released for 3 different 34 storey towers to be built side by side in the city centre, which will hold 63 3 bedroom apartments; 457 two bedroom apartments; 163 one bedroom apartments and 232 studio rooms, totalling a whopping 915 new homes making it the largest single private housing project in Liverpool.

This building has been planned by developers Elliot group saying they want to create a ‘statement of confidence’ for the city people and designed by architects falconer chester hall.

The company are waiting to see if the buildings will be a proved, even though planning permission has not formally been sent off. Despite not having planning permission sent off apparently planning chiefs are welcoming the designs.

The land that is being planned to build on has been purchased with a private bid of market by the Elliot group. The group currently have more than 700m worth of projects underway.
